Senior Quantity Surveyor Brisbane
Location: Brisbane CBD
Employment Type: Permanent FullTime
Salary: $120000 $160000 Superannuation
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highperforming team working on some of Australias largest infrastructure mining and engineering projects. This role provides exposure to a wide range of sectors including roads rail light rail defence mining and renewables.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead cost planning estimation and contract administration across major projects.
Work closely with project managers engineers and stakeholders to ensure financial efficiency.
Conduct financial reporting risk analysis and value engineering assessments.
Mentor and develop junior quantity surveyors contributing to team growth.
Provide strategic cost advice to clients to ensure project success.
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Management or a relevant discipline.
5 years of experience in a PQS environment with exposure to major projects.
