Position Summary
The Manager Philanthropy and Development will be responsible for driving philanthropic funding growth and overseeing programs supported by this funding. This role will play a crucial part in advancing the organisations strategy by managing a portfolio of philanthropic relationships and ensuring the effective delivery of programs that benefit children young people and families. The Manager will work closely with philanthropic funders to foster longterm relationships and develop strategies for sustained program impact.
Position Details
Position Title: Manager Philanthropy and Development
Work Type: Full time 12 months (extension pending further funding)
Salary Package: $120000 per annum (regulated superannuation contributions 11.5 and NFP Salary Packaging benefits)
Location: Hybrid work from home & Melbourne CBD office
Reports to: CEO

The Centre for Excellence in Child and Family Welfare (the Centre) is the peak body for child and family services in Victoria and Tasmania representing over 100 community service organisations (CSOs) students and individuals working across the continuum of child and family services across the two states.
