The ideal candidate will also serve as the team lead and mentor other service advisors in the department while conducting additional duties as needed by the Service manager. This position serves as the liaison between the customer and the service department. Youll be responsible for identifying recommending and documenting service maintenance and repair service for our customers.
A successful candidate will drive customer loyalty by following up to make sure their experience is topnotch.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year of service writing experience in a dealership
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge and experience preferred
- DealerTrack experience preferred
- Xtime experience preferred
