Job Summary and Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst you would be responsible for processing large data sets from their raw form into a structured format that can be used to produce insights. You will be responsible for building systems to collect validate and prepare high quality data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Processing large crowdsourced cellular datasets
Data analysis designing filtering and normalization algorithms
Generating reports (visualizations charts tables)
Designing interactive maps
Processing a variety of GIS data sources
Mapping of RF data designing data visualizations
Develop ETL Pipelines for large data sets
Working with other teams to provide analysis and insights into various data sets
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science Geographic Information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
24 years of experience in Data Analysis/Software Development or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python JavaScript and SQL
Experience with Cloud infrastructure and cloud platforms like Databricks or similar.
Understanding and experience with Distributed Computing
Solid understanding of spatial data concepts and geospatial analysis techniques.
Key Qualities:
Strong programming background and ability to adapt and learn new methods and languages in an everchanging technical landscape
Interest in RF/Wireless Telecom some RF background is a plus but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with stakeholders and determine project requirements
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with new technologies and programming languages as needed.
