Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have 46 years of experience in payroll processing payroll systems and compliance with local labor laws. As a Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for processing and managing all payrollrelated activities ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process endtoend payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to payroll taxes and benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records including deductions leave overtime bonuses and other adjustments.
- Prepare and review payroll reports including tax calculations earnings statements and yearend reports.
- Liaise with HR finance and other departments to resolve payrollrelated queries and discrepancies.
- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
- Manage payroll taxes benefits and other deductions ensuring accurate and timely filing.
- Provide guidance to employees on payroll policies tax information and other related matters.
- Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and yearend filings.
- Perform other payrollrelated tasks and duties as required.
