- Effectively communicate (absences tardiness student information requests supervisors requests supervisees requests etc) in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to energetically and enthusiastically embrace an environment of constant learning and growth.
- Arrive on time and prepared. (Lesson focus and plan for progression uniform ect)
- Work as a cohesive member of the team. (Help setup give feedback receive and apply feedback learn and follow facility rules lead by example ect)
- Provide timely information on the progress of your students. (Update levels as needed progress reports management requests)
- Instruct students in water safety fundamentals of swimming stroke progression and advanced swimming techniques based on the students needs.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
- Act quickly and professionally in emergency situations.
