Job Purpose
Internal job title: Enterprise Manager East Midlands
Working Hours: 37 Hours Monday Friday. Occasional out of hours working for whhich TOIL is given.
Salary: 39588 car cash allowance 425 per month) benefits
Location: Remote (home) with regular travel for collaborative meetings at an East Midlands Hub.

The Canal & River Trust is a charity entrusted with the care of over 2000 miles of canals rivers docks and reservoirs in England and Wales. These historic natural and cultural assets form part of the nations strategic and local bluegreen infrastructure network linking urban and rural communities as well as habitats. Our waterways contribute to the health and wellbeing of local communities and economies creating attractive and connected places to live work volunteer and spend leisure time. They also play an important role in mitigating the impact of climate change and provide valuable habitats and muchneeded biodiverse corridors for wildlife.
We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Manager to generate resources to support the Trusts objective of being a waterway and wellbeing charity. To identify sources of funding and support for the development and delivery of the Regions priority projects and initiatives. Work creatively with colleagues to shape the Regions activities into fundable projects and deliver sustainable funding sources to meet these objectives. Generate resources for a range of activities such as improving waterway infrastructure visitor destinations learning participation and engagement opportunities that deliver health and wellbeing outcomes for visitors and customers.
Location & coverage
This Enterprise Manager role will be offered on a remote working basis with a requirement to attend our main hub spaces e.g. Newark as and when required for team working a collaborative meetings.
The regularity & flexibility of travel will be discussed further at interview stage.
