GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
Works as an integral part of the health care/foodservice management team of Eating Disorders Treatment Program.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Clinical Dietician for the
Interfaces directly and effectively with both Hospital Dietary Staff andonsite cook to resolve issues concerning the overall food service operations. These interactions are coordinated between NutritionCare Assistants Nutrition Care Coordinators and Dietician.
Works with the Clinical Dietician in the quality assurance program ofthe Department and the hospital.
Helps plan and prepare cooking and restaurant activities with thepatients and assists with nutritional education.
Demonstrates a commitment to professional growth and competence.
Contributes to the productivity and cost effectiveness of the EatingDisorders Unit.
