Role Overview:

Are you a sales powerhouse with an intimate understanding of the recruitment industry Do you see the shift where agency support is skyrocketing If youre someone whos been ready to grow your own business but hasnt found the right opportunity yet we want to meet you.

As our VP of Sales & Growth youll be the driving force behind our sales and strategic initiatives. Youll leverage our robust team comprehensive toolsincluding customizable Salesforceand proven recruitment methods to capitalize on market opportunities. This role is designed for someone who can operate at a 180 or 360 desk with sales at the forefront and recruitment as an optional bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence and drive revenue.
  • Strategic Leadership: Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the recruitment industry to position PLS for longterm success.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our welltrained recruitment staff who consistently get sh*t done to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Sales Operations: Utilize and customize Salesforce to optimize sales processes and manage pipelines.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders clients and partners.
  • Market Expansion: Champion initiatives that foster rapid growth and create transformative impact in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales leadership ideally within recruitment or agency support sectors.
  • Deep industry knowledge with an ability to anticipate market shifts and leverage opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong skills and a relentless cando attitude.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other sales/marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building something big.
