Whats the job
The Analyst Customer Analyticsis responsible for supporting the Digital Experience team by collecting digital insights and applying data analysis to support the ongoing improvements of the digital banking channels. The Analyst will support Digital Strategy/Roadmap refinement and tactical of the technology roadmap through collection presentation and critical analysis of the global and competitive market trends and internal data mining. This person will recommend enhancements to help create simple and helpful digital experiences for our members. The Analyst Customer Analyticsworks closely with internal partners in Enterprise Analytics Marketing and Enterprise Technology Solutions and external vendors to uncover relevant data insights and share them with the Digital Experience Team. The key responsibilities of this role will focus on reportingthe trends and analytics of data involved in our digital banking channels.
What youll get to do:
Data Analysis:
Leverage tools available (i.e. Tableau SQL Google Analytics advanced excel skills) to analyze and interpret user behavior and trends conversion data and customer journeys funnel analysis using available reporting tools
Responsible for developing and producing the digital KPI and dashboards & scorecards for an executive audience weekly
Mine various enterprise data sources and reports identifying trends and opportunities to grow and advance CCS digital channels
Provide projections targets/forecasts on the digital channels adoption & usage and digital features successes aligning towards improving an overall user experience.
Proactively Support Digital Experience Managers product portfolios by creating and maintaining product and project business success measures KPIs & OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) while creating dashboards for automatic reporting.
Advise key decisionmakers on digital trends research findings and make recommendations on improving the digital channels
Project:
Work with the Digital project teams to determine & document analytics requirements for digital projects setting measures for deliverables projections & business impacts.
Collaborate with the Digital Experience team and ensure precise translation of stakeholder data requirements into business and systems objectives
When necessary provide data quality assurance support for all digital project and feature launches content updates and system upgrades.
Competency:
Maintain provide recommendations to continuously evolve & govern the digital business intelligence environment and various sources of data
Recommend tools/systems to advance the reporting and predictive analytics capability within the department
Keep abreast of industry best practices standards and trends for digital analytics and BI practices to help drive measurable channel improvements in line with business objectives.
Provide direction and act as the advocate in the discipline of Business Intelligence and data warehousing technologies within the department
Actively promote and support the vision of instilling data and analytically based culture.
Relationship Building:
Works closely with other analytics functions across the enterprise (i.e. Contact Center Fraud Retail & Commercial analysts) to build crossfunctional collaboration to drive better data insights
Who are we looking for
Strong knowledge and experience with Tableau and/or SQL Server tools.
Experience working with Google Analytics and ability to understand and interpret website statistics
Strong mathematical and data analysis skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong data visualization and data storytelling skills
Polished verbal written communication & presentation skills being able to extract and articulate key highlights from the broad set of data
Strong relationship management skills
Strong business acumen with experience and knowledge of financial services and customer opportunity management.
