Business Overview:
The Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Group invests in and actively manages portfolios of publicly traded real estate securities primarily Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) securities.The team manages approximately $1.8 billion in AUM and has a 20 year track record of investments in mutual funds UCITs funds closedend funds institutional and highnet worth separate accounts. The team seeks to provide investors with diversified exposure by both geography and property type to the U.S. listed property market.The team consists of a Senior Portfolio Manager Portfolio Manager Associate Portfolio Manager and Associate.
Position Overview:
The Real Estate Securities Group is seeking a Portfolio Associate to join the team. This person will work closely with team members in New York.The Associate will support the team with daytoday group operations and interact with various production functions at the firm. This person will also assist with daily trading manage monthly client reporting and handle many of the administrative roles on the team. This role will provide the individual with an indepth perspective on the Real Estate Securities Group business.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this role is $80000$100000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in the job posting location. An employees pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location business sector performance shift travel requirements sales or revenuebased metrics market benchmarking data any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus which along with base salary and retirement contributions is part of our total comprehensive package.
