Job Description
1. Onlinedocumentation checking in plants to check the compliance of SOPs and toconduct random audits in different manufacturing blocks.
2. To check theadherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) elements such as changecontrol incident management and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)management on the shop floor.
3. Verification ofonline filling of BPR/ECR.
4. Responsible forconducting line clearance in manufacturing facilities.
5. To verify whetherthe manufacturing facility always meets basic Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)requirements including facility upkeep environmental conditions segregationof materials and status labeling.
6. To verify thatmanufacturing activities i.e. samplingactivities charging/discharging of material to/from the equipment weighingbalance calibration/verification cleaning of equipment (PCO and periodic cleaning)powder processing activities and other GMP related activities are beingperformed as per established procedures.
7. Verification duringprocess validation and Equipment Qualification activities.
