This role is missioncritical and operates within the secure environment of theHutchinson Correctional Facility ourHutchinson and Wichita downtown office supporting Seat King. As a People Services Manager you will serve as a key leader overseeing HR administration team engagement and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Ensure 100 accuracy in managing employee records HRIS updates and compliance with Department of Corrections (DOC) protocols.
- Onboarding Excellence: Lead seamless and compliant onboarding processes while being a trusted resource for employee inquiries.
- Leadership Coaching: Empower managers and supervisors through coaching performance feedback and leadership skillbuilding to foster a culture of growth and accountability.
- Compliance: Enforce Department of Corrections (DOC) security and legal standards in all human resources processes while maintaining internal policies with unwavering diligence.
What Success Looks Like:
- HR Satisfaction: Achieve 85 satisfaction in team surveys.
- Timely Resolutions: Resolve 95 of HR inquiries within 48 hours.
- Training Completion: Ensure all team members complete leadershipapproved training.
- Compliance Excellence: Maintain zero compliancerelated costs through 100 adherence to DOC and company policies.
