Community Engagement Advisor
Overview:
This role is to foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders through clear communication channels and strong issue management ensuring their involvement and commitment to achieving project goals.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all elements of stakeholder engagement from planning to development and implementation across multiple projects.
- Design engagement strategies fulfilling reporting requirements and supporting projectrelated activities to ensure that outcomes are delivered on time while adhering to the agencys established project management approach.
- Track and assess all stakeholder engagement activities across various projects including managing risks and impact assessment
- Monitor progress and ensure successful project completion.
- Manage project teams ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards to deliver all critical project milestones and objectives.
- Conducting key research aiding recommendations to inform and improve stakeholder engagement decisionmaking.
Location and Contract Term: This role is based in Parramatta on a 5month initial contract term (WFH options available) with likely extensions.
Security Requirements: Applicants must have full Australian Work Rights.
