We are currently seeking a candidate for the position of:
Project Manager M/W
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of technical maintenance projects for properties
- Managing budgets and quality control levels of executed contracts
- Managing the work of supervisors
- Conducting and improving projects in accordance with company standards
- Collaborating on the preparation of offers
- Analyzing needs and building positive relationships with clients and tenants
- Preparing financial reports and project status updates
- Analyzing project costs
- Collaborating with other departments within the organization
Requirements:
- Higher technical education in fields such as electrical engineering automation mechatronics HVAC environmental engineering or experience in the production industry
- SEP G1 G2 licenses for operation/supervision
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing large facility maintenance projects
- Knowledge of building installations and equipment maintenance as well as legal regulations in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of technical maintenance of installations: electrical HVAC watersewage fire protection and others
- Minimum B1 level English proficiency
- Category B driving license
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to read technical documentation
