The Luxury Auto Sales Consultant at Friendly Acura of Middletown plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and selling luxury vehicles to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting leasing or purchasing luxury vehicles based on their preferences and budget.
- Provide detailed information about the features specifications and benefits of luxury vehicles to potential customers.
- Conduct test drives to showcase the performance and comfort of luxury vehicles.
- Negotiate sales contracts and financing options to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers.
- Build and maintain longterm relationships with customers through followups and excellent customer service.
- Stay updated with the latest luxury vehicle models technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in luxury auto sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Indepth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands models and features.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
