A Demand Generation Manager adepts at understanding the nuances of the target market and competition thereby curating compelling content and campaigns across multiple channels to captivate and cultivate prospects.
By harnessing the power of marketing automation a Demand Generation Manager aims to maximize campaign impact through heightened awareness engagement and conversion rates ensuring personalization and efficiency. Collaborating closely with sales teams a Demand Generation Manager guarantees a seamless transition of leads fostering effective followups and successful deal closures while persistently refining strategies to enhance the performance and quality of SALs.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Cooperate closely with Demand Generation in HQ to identify or adopt best practices for achieving Company business goals.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to understand the target audience market trends and competitive landscape in cooperation with the global teams.
Participate in developing clear and compelling offering positioning and messaging based on customer needs and competitive differentiation.
Craft value propositions that resonate with target customers and effectively communicate the products unique benefits.
Collaborate on developing and executing gotomarket strategies for new product launches and feature releases ensuring alignment with product development sales and marketing teams.
Create strategies and implement tactics to attract potential customers and generate leads through channels such as email marketing content marketing social media SEO PPC advertising events and webinars.
Develop and localize relevant and compelling content to engage prospects at different stages of the buyers journey including blog posts whitepapers eBooks case studies videos infographics and emails.
Plan execute and optimize multichannel marketing campaigns to drive awareness engagement and conversions.
Cooperate with global marketing teams to leverage marketing automation tools for process streamlining lead nurturing campaign tracking and performance reporting.
Ensure alignment between marketing and sales teams to foster a cohesive approach towards revenue generation and customer acquisition.
Segment the target audience based on demographics behavior and preferences to personalize marketing messages and campaigns.
Continuously test different strategies messaging and channels and collect feedback from sales and customers to optimize performance.
Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superiors instructions be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
Perform conceptual systemic creative and methodical activities.
Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field is required.
Experience:
2 years of experience in demand generation digital marketing or lead generation preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in a SaaS technology or B2B industry is preferred.
Experience with webinar platforms and event marketing strategies.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing SEO paid media and content syndication.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work crossfunctionally with sales content and product teams.
Selfstarter with a resultsdriven mindset and attention to detail
General knowledge of security software
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

ESET is a performance driven organization and our total rewards approach to compensation is designed to support this. We consider many factors in determining base compensation including position scope job related knowledge education skills experience and work location. The base salary range for this position is $90000$110000 including eligibility for biannual bonus based on meeting target goals. Additional benefits such as health & wellness performance bonuses product discounts holidays paid time off etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
