Roles And Responsibilities
As a Content Writer you will be tasked with writing creative content that reflect
Hexnodes brand values and messaging.
Write content that can be published across multiple channels (ad copieswebsite content chatbot popups emails and other requirements).
Create copies that aligns with our voice and personality.
Take initiative on doing research regarding market trends competitors and industry standards for copies.
Identify gaps in existing content and bridge them.
Collaborate and brainstorm with multiple teams to ideate new copies and keep up with company and product updates.
Should be passionate about their work and should take ownership of the material they provide.
Requirements
24 years experience in a B2B SaaS company (preferred)
Ability to balance levity without compromising Hexnodes core message
Honour deadlines and accommodate sudden requirements from multiple teams
Be selfsufficient and provide copies that dont require a lot of iterations
Ability to do research if the task requires it.
