Responsibilities:


As an Executive Solution Representative your role will involve offering innovative solutions to business clients and providing toptier customer service. You will receive expert sales and marketing training and gain handson experience in a fastpaced rewarding environment. Heres what youll be doing:

  • Building relationships with business clients and understanding their unique needs to provide the best solutions.

  • Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities by engaging potential clients through calls emails and facetoface meetings.

  • Meeting clients in person to build rapport present AT&Ts business solutions and develop tailored service packages.

  • Collaborating with a skilled team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with client goals and generate business growth.

  • Achieving sales targets by closing deals and earning uncapped commissions based on performance.

  • Constantly learning and growing receiving ongoing training and development in sales and marketing from experienced leaders in the field.

  • Maintaining a strong client pipeline keeping track of leads and managing followup communications to drive success.

    Qualifications:


    • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation must be comfortable driving to meet clients inperson and attend sales meetings.

    • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written youre comfortable engaging with clients and delivering presentations.

    • Outgoing and social personality you enjoy building relationships and connecting with people.

    • Goaldriven mindset a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets and expectations.

    • Ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently while being a part of a collaborative team environment.

    • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.

    • A passion for technology and problemsolving with a commitment to offering the best solutions to businesses.
