Position:Shipping/Receiving Specialist & Material Handler
Location:Middleton WI

Type:Full Time MonFri 7:00am 3:30pm
Pay Range:$19.00$21.00 per hour benefits listed below.
Viking Cues an MRA member is recruiting for a permanent fulltime Shipping/Receiving Specialist.

Viking Cue Manufacturing LLC located in Middleton WI has been manufacturing handcrafted custom cues since 1965. Viking Cues is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to focus on the timely efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory management. This includes production quality customer satisfaction safety and inventory management. Priority is placed on overall quality safety accuracy productivity and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the timely efficient and accurate handling of materials and inventory management.
- Picking and packaging to fulfill customer orders.
- Process shipping using company software to ensure quality and timely delivery to customers.
- Receiving of internal production and purchased items into company software to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Material handling utilizing forklift.
- Assist in production tagging and QC as needed.
- Ensure regular maintenance of equipment operational safety and building security.
Qualifications and requirements:
- 13 years of shipping/receiving and/or material handling experience required.
- Proficiency in English both written and verbal is required.
- Prior experience in roles demanding a strong focus on timeliness urgency and operational efficiency.
- Forklift certification preferred; training available.
