About the Role:
Hyva is searching for a talented and motivated person to join our Product management team. Our ideal candidate has 5 years in a similar role is hardworking wellorganized and willing to learn and grow. You should have genuine interest in Product Development and an excellent understanding of product development product management project management.
AsaProductManageryouwillleadtheexecutionofthecompanysproductstrategytodrivebusinessgrowth.Yourrolewillinvolvecollaboratingwithcrossfunctionalteamsincludingengineeringmanufacturingmarketingandsales.Youwillberesponsibleforensuringproductportfolioalignmentwithmarkettrendsgatheringandprioritizingcustomerrequirementsandmanagingproductrelatedprojectsinlinewiththecompanyobjectivesultimatelycontributingtocompanyscompetitiveadvantageandcustomersatisfaction.Theseprojectsincludenewproductintroductionsproductenhancementsmodificationsandphaseoutstrategies.
Yourkeyresponsibilitieswillincludebutnotlimitedto:
- Conductingmarketstudytogatherinsightsaboutcustomersrequirementsandanalysethefindingstoidentifyopportunitiesforproductofferingsinthemarket
- Definingplanningandmanagingproductenhancement/developmentprojectsbycollaboratingwithcrossfunctionalteamsincludingengineeringdesignmanufacturingandsalesensuringtheprojectbudgetandtimelineadherence.
- Managingtheproductlifecycleincludingproductenhancementsmodificationsandphaseoutstrategiestomaximizeprofitabilityandcustomersatisfaction.
- Definingproductpositioningplacementandpricingstrategiesbasedonmarketinsights.
- Supportingmarketingteamtocreateproductmessagingcollateralandproducttrainingcontentforsalesteamsandcustomerstoensureathoroughunderstandingofproductfeaturesbenefitsandapplications.
- Analysingproductperformancemetricssuchassalesrevenueprofitmarginsmarketshareandcustomersatisfactiontoevaluateproductsuccessandidentifyareasforimprovement
- Providingregularreportsandpresentationstoseniormanagementonproductperformancemarkettrendsandstrategicrecommendations
AboutYouTobesuccessfulinthisroleyouwillhave:
Qualification&Experience:
Degreeholderinmechanicalengineeringwithprovenacademicexcellence.
MBAorCertificationsinProjectManagement/ProductManagementisaplus
- 28yearsofextensiveexperienceinaBIEngineer/Developerrolewithprovedproficiency
- Previousexperienceinproductdevelopmentproductmanagementprojectmanagementorarelatedrole
- Experienceinplanningandmanagingprojectsrequiringworkingincrossfunctionalteamssuchasengineeringmanufacturingmarketingsalesandcustomersupportteams.
- Strongunderstandingofautomotivemarketdynamicstrendsandcompetitivelandscapeisaplus.
- StrongEnglishverbalandwrittenskills
- Excellentprogrammingandanalyticalskillspreciseresultsorientedandwellstructured
TechnicalSkills:
- Inclinationtowardsindepthunderstandingofthetechnicalaspectsoftheproducts.
- Excellentanalyticalskillstoanalysedatatomakeinformeddecisionsaboutproductfeaturesmarketfitandperformancemetrics.
- ProficiencyinusingMSExcelMSPowerPointandMSWordfordataanalysismodellingandreportingpurposes.
