Job Description
About ScientiaVascular:

We usemicromachining and microfabrication processes to manufacture products thatprovide physicians with enhanced performance for optimal outcomes for theirpatients.Under supervision assemble products following Quality System Regulations. Document processes used.
SHIFT:Monday Friday 5:00am 1:30pm
LOCATION:2460South 3270 West West Valley City Utah 84119
Primary Responsibilities:
- Follow manufacturing process instructions (MPIs)
- Follow production schedule
- Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws and standards
- Read drawings and Lot History Records
- Manufacture assemble package and label product according to QSRs MPIs and other applicable company procedures
- Document work performed
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to recognize issues and participate in problem resolution.
- Notify supervisor of issues or discrepancies.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Assists others on team.
- Able to clearly and effectively communicate with peers engineers and managers.
- Basic reading proficiency.
- Able to articulate and comprehend information and instructions.
- Working Conditions: sitting standing stairs manual dexterity working while looking through a microscope hand/eye coordination light lifting.
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and math
- Ability to read and understand simple mechanical drawings
- One to two years assembly experience medical device preferred
