Job Description
Write and optimize complex queries using SQL DWB ETL tools and scripting
languages.
Ensure timely and accurate data retrieval from internal and external sources.
Maintain data hygiene and standardization across systems.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and business-critical
insights.
Perform cohort funnel and behavioral analysis to support product and growth
strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine data requirements.
Design and build intuitive dashboards and visual reports (e.g. in Metabase).
Deliver actionable insights in a stakeholder-friendly format.
Automate recurring reporting processes for efficiency.
Develop monitor and maintain data pipelines and ETL jobs.
Work closely with backend and infra teams to ensure data scalability and
reliability.
Manage data warehouses lakes and processing frameworks.
Partner with Product Marketing Engineering and Business teams to define
data needs.
Translate business objectives into analytical solutions.
Contribute to experimentation (A/B testing) and product optimization.
Design and implement predictive models to support business use cases (e.g.
user retention personalization fraud detection).
Leverage AI/ML techniques to automate and enhance features and user
experience.
Continuously evaluate and improve model performance.
Stay updated with the latest in data tools AI/ML frameworks and analytics
best practices.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve data capabilities.
Encourage knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a Product Analyst or similar role
Expertise in query scripting languages (e.g. SQL DWB ETL)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics or related field
