Description

The Residential & Crisis Unit Program Director will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the Calais Childrens Residential Childrens Crisis and Adult Crisis Units. This includes leading a multidisciplinary team managing program budgets and collaborating with community partners and stakeholders. The Program Director will work with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and other members to ensure alignment with the agencys vision and strategic direction.


  • Program Oversight: Ensure highquality care and services are provided in residential and crisis settings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead recruit train and supervise a multidisciplinary team promoting collaboration compassion and respect.
  • Budget Management: Oversee funding service utilization and service contracts directly related to the program.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with community partners to support service delivery.
  • Administrative & Clinical Leadership: Provide both administrative and clinical oversight ensuring the program operates with integrity and excellence.

Requirements
  • Education: A Masters degree in social work psychology counseling or a related field is required.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mental health crisis intervention or residential care.
  • Licensure: LCSW or LCPC preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated supervisory leadership program management and community development experience.


Salary Description
75k to 85k per year based on relatable experience
