Job Description
As the Senior Product Analytics Lead you will be responsible for establishing and leading the product analytics function from the ground up. This flagship role will empower datadriven decisionmaking across the product organization delivering insights that improve product performance and user experience. You will collaborate with crossfunctional global teams to develop a strong foundation for product data strategy analytics and measurement frameworks.
Major Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product managers engineering and business teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for our suite of software and API products and implement systems to monitor them.
- Analyze large datasets to uncover trends opportunities and potential risks providing actionable recommendations that drive product growth and improvement.
- Establish best practices and develop systems for data collection analysis and reporting.
- Communicate insights and findings clearly and regularly to a diverse set of stakeholders through reports dashboards and presentations.
Abilities:
- Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI Metabase)
- Proven ability to define and report on product KPIs
- Experience with product analytics tools (Pendo Fullstory Amplitude Mixpanel Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to operate autonomously manage multiple projects simultaneously and build out a new function within a fastpaced environment.
Education and Experience:
- 5 years experience in product analytics
