Job Description
Duties and responsibilities:
- Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills
- Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays.
- Ensure adherence to SOP at store
- Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store timing
- Assist store manager in Stock Management.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
Key Task:
oInviting customer to outlet
oIntroduce customer to the concept of MYOP.
oDemonstrating and presenting products.
oSupport the customer to identify the right perfume.
Stock Audits
DSR and Store Closing
Placing stock request to HO
Validating and receiving stock.
Handling and resolving customer complaints
