Senior Business Development Manager DACH

Remote 50 Travel across Europe

What Youll Be Doing

Identifying & securing new businessin retail and hospitality.

Owning the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing highvalue deals.

Building strong relationshipswith senior decisionmakers.

Navigating long sales cycles(typically 918 months) with a strategic approach.

Collaborating with marketing & lead generation teamsto refine outreach strategies.

Negotiating complex contracts ensuring the best commercial outcomes.

What Youll Bring

Proven track recordof closingmultimillionpoundB2B deals.

Experience inhardware and/or software sales ideally within retail or hospitality.

Confidence in consultative selling engaging stakeholders from operations toCsuite level.

Strong negotiation skills with experience handling complex contracts.

Ability towork autonomously managing your own pipeline and priorities.

Familiarity withCRM systems(HubSpot preferred) for accurate forecasting.
