This candidate will play a key role in supporting the Global Head of Wealth in defining and executing the strategic vision for the firms wealth management business. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking project management and analytical skills to help drive growth optimize operations and enhance the firms wealth platform globally. The ideal candidate will have experience in wealth management private markets and/or asset management.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Strategic Planning & : Assist in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for the firms wealth management division.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends market opportunities and competitor positioning to inform strategy.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Project Management: Oversee key initiatives from inception to coordinating with crossfunctional teams.
Executive Support: Prepare highimpact presentations reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal teams (investment legal compliance marketing) and external partners to support business objectives.

Base Pay Range: $170000/yr. $225000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
