Responsible for managing a case load from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include pretrial discovery drafting pleadings communicating with involved parties and presenting defense strategies in court. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrusts mission vision and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
Required:
State Bar licensed attorney
Knowledge of State laws local court policies and procedures
Strong legal research and writing skills
Experience with supervision and development of more junior attorneys
11 years relevant practice group litigation experience
Preferred:
Multistate Bar admittance
Experience with Team Connect legal software and dictation
Managerial experience of a litigation group
