As a Quality Assistant at out HQ in Antwerp you are the driving force behind ensuring our quality standards are upheld making sure our products and processes meet the highest benchmarks. Together we aim to deliver customer satisfaction and strengthen our reputation.
In this dynamic role you will dive into quality challenges and take the lead in resolving deviations. Youll coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and collaborate closely with colleagues to implement improvements. With your sharp analysis and proactive approach youll ensure seamless compliance with customer requirements and internal guidelines.
But theres more. Youll create and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) keep our documentation complete and up to date and translate quality results into clear dashboards. Your work will make a tangible impactfrom insightful reporting to structural improvements that further solidify our organization.
What do you need to succeed in your mission
- You hold at least a bachelors degree and have some initial experience in a quality role where youve demonstrated your skills.
- Knowledge of the chemical sector or familiarity with food and feed safety standards gives you a strong advantage.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English and knowledge of Spanish or French is a valuable bonus.
- You thrive on tackling challenges getting to the root of issues and finding effective solutions.
- You have a permit to work in Belgium because visa sponsorship is not possible.
