Empower Students as Our Secondary School Dean of Students
Are you passionate about creating a supportive and dynamic environment for students to thrive As our Secondary School Dean of Students you will play a key role in guiding students to make positive choices succeed academically and grow personally in a safe inclusive community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of respect and responsibility through proactive behavior and attendance policies
- Serve as a mentor providing guidance and support to help students navigate challenges
- Collaborate with teachers administrators and families to support students academic and social development
- Oversee programs that promote student engagement community involvement and personal development
- Lead initiatives to create a safe inclusive school environment where all students feel valued
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Education Counseling or a related field
- Experience in student support counseling or a similar role in a secondary school setting
- Strong communication and conflictresolution skills with a focus on student wellbeing and commitment to student advocacy
