UK IT Recruiter
Location: Pune
Office Timing: 1:00 p.m. 10:30 p.m. IST
NP: Immediate
Requirements
Requirements:
- Regular Bachelors degree required
- 48 years of experience in IT recruitment supporting the Talent Acquisition/UK
- Thorough understanding of different sourcing methods/tools
- Experience in fulltime hiring is preferred
- Good understanding of different work authorizations/VISAs in the UK
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities high attention to detail
- Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations
- Experience planning and managing networking events or projects
- Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information
- Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics
- Strong time management skills and the ability to consistently prioritize and reprioritize
