Salary/Shift: $18 Tips: Days/Swings $20 Tips: Overnight

Status: Full Time and Part Time

Located in beautiful Black Hawk CO the Monarch Resort Spa seeks a passionate Barista to join our team! You will thrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment that exceeds the expectations of our guests and team.

• Greet guests accurately take and deliver beverage orders in a timely manner and enter all orders into the POS system.
• Clear and clean tables in the coffee lounge area and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle cash accurately perform assigned stocking and cleaning duties and check with the manager when the shift is completed.
• Communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues that arise.
• Promote positive guest relations assist guests as needed handle products properly to reduce expenses and use suggestive upselling to increase revenue.

• Handle cash accurately and communicate effectively with management about guest feedback and any issues.
• Work well both individually and as part of a team checking with the manager upon shift completion.
• Promote positive guest relations suggestive upsell to increase revenue and manage product handling to reduce expenses.
