Qualifications
Cherokee Casino and Hotel West Siloam Springs are searching for parttime dedicated Extra Board Dual Rate Dealers to join our fastpaced team! This position combines the responsibilities of dealing cards with supervisory duties ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming area.
Responsibilities
- Deal cards accurately and efficiently at various table games.
- Supervise the work of other dealers ensuring adherence to all casino rules and procedures.
- Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the poker room.
- Maintain the security and integrity of all table games.
- Monitor all activities within the poker room and report any irregularities to management.
- Assist guests with playing instructions and ensure compliance with all rules.
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 02 years of experience dealing cards in a casino poker environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of poker rules procedures and game variations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and often demanding environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus for long durations.
- Ability to work in a casino environment which may include exposure to secondhand smoke and crowd noise.
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Must have and maintain a valid drivers license to assist with various properties as needed.
- Successful completion of training in CNE Gaming Academy.
