Job Description

Overview and Responsibilities

Senior Support Worker Boveridge College

Location: Cranborne Dorset

Salary: 13.7714.41 per hour

Hours: 12 hour shifts 8am8pm average 42 hours per week spread over 34 shifts per week

At our Aurora Boveridge College we support young people between the ages of 16 and 25 who have additional social emotional and mental health needs by preparing them for adult life and facilitating their transition into further education training or employment.

Were currently hiring for a Senior Support Worker to assist our students at home (onsite) and in the classroom (no personal care responsibilities).

The main purpose of the role:

Your role will provide support to the Shift Manager (and deputising in their absence)in managing motivating and coaching a team of support workers to maintain a stable happy and caring environment that puts the health safety and welfare of our young people first.

Key duties:

Duties will vary you must expect to diversify and lend a hand wherever is required.
