Job Description
We are seeking for a motivated highlyorganized appointment setter to join our team. In this role youll play an integral role in establishing contacts with potential clients and arranging meetings for our sales representatives.
Job PurposeThe appointment setter plays a crucial role in generating leads and effectively scheduling meetings with potential clients. Using strong communication skills along with a positive rapport the appointement setter will manage to engage and retain prospects.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Generate leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
- Engage prospects effectively using strong communication skills
- Handle objections and maintain a positive rapport with potential clients
- Manage schedules and follow up on leads efficiently
- Utilize CRM software for effective management
- Maintain a basic understanding of the product or services being offered
Qualifications :
- Experience in Lead Generation and scheduling meetings
- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience in Objection Handling and maintaining Client Rapport
- Efficient Organizational skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in CRM Software usage
