As the OSHC Service Leader you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our Bundarra OSHC.
You will drive quality sustainability and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework taking our OSHC programs to the next level.

In addition to a base hourly rate of $33.46 per hour (negotiable depending on skills and experience) super youll also receive 17.5 leave loading and the ability to increase your takehome pay by accessing up to $15900 in salary packaging benefits which can be used for living expenses such as groceries bills clothing streaming services and much more.
