In this role you will be responsible for supporting and directing sales in the assigned segment in Italy and related following Brand ASCO TOPWORX TESCOM AVENTICS while targeting profitable sales growth and market presence among OEMs & End Users. You will work closely with Regional Sales Managers Sales Engineers Development Leaders Product Marketing and Operations to align with company plans policies objectives and customer needs.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Coordinating activities that support the sale of Products and Solutions in the assigned segment
  • Maintaining relationships with Target Accounts and conduct Customer visits as needed
  • Providing technical support to the Sales Team
  • Developing and applying pricing strategies to improve market reach and profitability
  • Supporting commercial discussions with customers
  • Contributing to strategic planning by suggesting ideas and participating in initiatives aligned with Global European and Italian strategy
  • Assisting in preparing sales and business forecasts
  • Reporting the performance on a monthly basis with analysis of orders & sales growth programs target accounts opportunity tracking and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating closely with the Customer Service team to address customer needs
  • Providing feedback on emerging trends and opportunities to Marketing and Segment Manager

You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You carefully consider all relevant factors and use appropriate decisionmaking criteria and principles.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelors Engineering Degree
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Fluency in Italian
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Work and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Knowledge in process industry
  • Comprehension of another European language
  • Experience working in Salesforce
