Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager for a hybrid role with our Sacramento California based client. This position requires 2 days/week onsite as directed by the client.
Responsibilities include:
* Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion ensuring all objectives are met within budget and on schedule
* Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and client stakeholders to define project scope goals deliverables and timelines
* Develop and maintain project plans resource scheduling budget tracking and risk management strategies
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations and provide timely updates on project progress
* Ensure project quality and compliance with ServiceNow best practices and standards
* Identify and resolve project issues and risks and escalate as needed to ensure project success
* Conduct project postmortems and identify areas for improvement for future projects
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project management specifically with ServiceNow projects
* ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
* Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
* Experience in Agile project management methodologies
* Knowledge of ITIL practices and principles
