- Prioritizing daily deliverables and assisting/supervising team members with projectlevel planning
- Overseeing and adhering to procedures
- Resolving client issues and meeting/exceeding operational targets
- Participating in the selection process to ensure timely talent acquisition
- Developing grooming and coaching team members to align with business objectives
- Ensuring data confidentiality integrity and protection of companys intellectual property
Internal Team
- Ensuring clear expectations for all team members
- Reviewing team performance on a daytoday basis and providing clear feedback
- Demonstrating professional behavior and establishing productive work relationships with internal functions
Quality
- Ensuring team adherence to client expectations standards guidelines and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 12 Years in content writing/editing
- Education: Bachelors degree in English Literature Mass Communications or Marketing with a minimum of 60 marks
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce and retail industry Process Management Client Search Engine Proficiency
- Skills: Communication Team Management MS Office proficiency Project Management Decision Making Skills
- Attitude: Positive Confident Resilient attitude Ability to navigate ambiguities/chaos and conflicts Motivational and empathetic Targetdriven with superior attention to detail and accuracy
