This role is in our Irvine California corporate headquarters and has the opportunity for hybrid work with up to 2 days a week remote.
TheInternational Tax Senior willbe part of a dynamic inhouse tax department with both US andnonUSbased tax personnel.The primary focus will be on international tax compliance as well as international tax planning and participation in tax audit support.This role will have great crossfunctional opportunities to partner with teams that span various business lines and entities to gain a deep understanding of Ingram Micros overall business landscape.
This opportunity reports totheDirector ofInternational Tax Operations in the Irvine California corporate headquarters.
Your role:
ReviewUS International tax returnfilingsincluding but not limited toForm5471s and 8858s.
Assist in preparation of Form 1118 Foreign tax credit utilization calculations and ancillary US International tax calculations such asForm(j))Form 8991 (BEAT) Form 8992 (GILTI) Form 8993 (FDII)and Form 8975 (CountrybyCountry Reporting).
Analyze and interpret tax laws and regulationsin collaboration with our internal tax team and external tax advisors.
Support international tax planning projects.
Assist with transfer pricing as needed.
Take part in Internal Revenue Service examinations including draftingcorrespondencesand meeting with examiners as needed.
Effectively liaisonwith otherfunctional areas of the tax department and otherdepartments within Ingram Micro including but not limited to accounting treasury legal and distribution operations team.
What you bring to the role:
Bachelors degree in accounting finance or tax. Mastersdegreepreferred but not required.
5 years of functional work experience including 13 years of international tax experience(eitherinpublic accounting orcorporate taxation).
Specialist in technical or business skills with ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.
Comprehensive understanding of tax law/rules and implications.
Experience with tax modeling in Excelbased models or other similar programs.
Detail oriented with strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Strong ability to prioritize responsibilities based on general direction from managers.
Provides solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a publicly traded large multinational corporate environment preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93000.00 $158100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
