Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tele Callers Freshers. As a Tele Caller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers introducing our products and services and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in the sales and customer service industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Excellent communication skills in English and any regional language (Hindi)
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a targetdriven environment
• Graduates with a passion for sales and customer service are preferred
• Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products and services
• Generate sales leads through cold calling and customer interaction
• Provide excellent customer assistance and address inquiries and concerns
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales performance
