Responsibilities
- Handle all front desk tasks including answering phones taking reservations in online system managing guest check ins promoting cruises and sharing information with visitors.
Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Responsible and organized
