Inviting applications for Assistant Manager Chargeback
Position Overview:
The role will be primarily responsible for Trade support settlement and processing for US Domestic and Global Trades with sound understanding of trade lifecycle from custody to broker to client. This involves loading matching and settling trade activities following up with custodians brokers and clients to resolve unmatched trades and handling claims from counterparties.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience with US market Chargeback and Disputes.
Good understanding of financial products like representment Fraud Disputes Chargebacks PreArbitration etc. is required.
Managing the endtoend process for US FI Chargeback and Disputes cycles.
Supports interfaces with different internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to apply problem solving and investigative techniques and other issues
Establish strong relationship with onshore counterparts such as custodians should be capable of handling Onshore Queries and Issues.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate (PG an added advantage)
Flexibility of shifts and to work overtime hours as per business requirements.
Relevant work experience in a supervisor role is a must.
Previous experience in a middle/back office in financial services firm.
Competencies
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Effective probing & root cause analysis skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
