Blizzard Entertainments Overwatch 2 team is looking for an outstanding leader to join as Executive Producer (EP). The EP will be responsible for driving game development live game operations and overall business growth. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated game development experience playerfocused commercial orientation and the skills necessary to lead large teams and multiple projects while maintaining constant clear communication with collaborators throughout the organization.
Reporting to the General Manager of the Overwatch franchise the position will serve as business and development lead. The EP will oversee a crossdiscipline team of directors while working closely with other key leaders and collaborators across development operations publishing and technical teams.

These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately your specific range and offer will be based on several factors including relevant experience performance and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this roles range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates new hire compensation is negotiable.
