Want to be part of a unique experience Join us as a Welcome Agent at the Spa.
Be part of the memorable experience of our clients at the Spa. You will bring the spa to life according to quality standards to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience for the clients.
You will spark the curiosity of clients about the treatments and products on the Spa menu positioning yourself as a salesperson for our partner brands: Esse & Dr Burgener.
The reservation and billing systems hold no secrets for you. You will be responsible for welcoming and booking appointments for clients according to the W Verbier standards as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the spa and cabins.
PROFILE
Previous experience as a receptionist spa experience is a plus.
Enjoy working in an international and bold team.
Excellent presentation representing the W brand image.
Proficiency in French and English.
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste sound body scene and stance
Position to be filled from June 2025
