Job Description:

Join Hitachi Energy as a Service Sales Leader in our North America Grid Integration team! This is your chance to lead a dynamic sales team and drive the growth of our comprehensive service offerings. Our portfolio includes Extended Warranty Service Contracts Break Fix Repair Upgrades Spare Parts 24/7 Phone Support and Cyber Security for our installed base of SVCs STATCOMs SeriesCaps and HVDC Systems. Youll be part of a forwardthinking organization that serves utility industrial renewable energy and other customers helping to transport electricity efficiently and reliably while maintaining power quality and control. If youre passionate about energy solutions and eager to make a significant impact this role is for you!

How Youll Make an Impact:

  • Lead and inspire the Service Sales Team to achieve targets.

  • Identify and capture market opportunities.

  • Proactively target customers with tailored service offers.

  • Plan and execute sales activities to meet quarterly goals.

  • Manage and report on the sales pipeline and opportunity status.

  • Oversee installed base data and address customer challenges.

  • Ensure highquality comprehensive and timely proposals.

  • Align contract terms with service guidelines and ensure smooth order handoff.

Your Background:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.

  • Proven experience leading a sales team.

  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering sales and/or project management.

  • Familiarity with maintenance procedures and HVDC/FACTS systems.

  • Knowledge of commercial and legal terms and conditions.

  • Proficiency with tools like SalesForce PowerBI and SAP.
