Job Description
Lexus of Orlando is an Elite local luxury automotive dealership. We have had the privilege of serving our local community for over 25 years. Our company is dedicated to providing World Class Service to our guests. This mission begins with the efforts of our dedicated team members.
Lexus of Orlando is seeking experienced Guest Relations Agent to assist in creating Guest loyalty through the professional and prompt handling of guest calls.
Qualified applicants must be a dependable team player with a drive for excellence. We are looking for energetic outgoing professionals with a positive can do attitude. Excellent communication and organization skills are a must. You will need exceptional customer service skills.
Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
To make your mark as a successful team member you will need:
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Two Year Minimum Guest Relations experience
- Take ownership of all calls you handle by assisting the guests in a prompt and professional manner
- Proactively address and resolve the guests questions or concerns
- Research unique guest request and work with uppermanagement for resolution
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong data entry skills required
- Be able to multitask while working in a fastpaced environment
- Possess superior organization skills with attention to detail.
- Act as the steward to our caf by ensuring all food and drink items are well stocked and are displayed in a pleasing manner for our guests consumption.
- Visit local retailers to purchase caf supplies and stock items.
