Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor
Description of the Role

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Arlo Chicago you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department. You will ensure that our guest rooms and public spaces are clean presentable and maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff including scheduling and assigning tasks
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards
  • Coordinate housekeeping supplies and inventory management
  • Handle and resolve guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a housekeeping supervisory role
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
