Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Work onsite with firstline support issues inside our clean room production area and both of our office locations.
- Client hardware life cycle management ordering receiving inventory and provisioning of desktops laptops and accessories.
- Coordinate repairs and recovery of failing client hardware systems of various system age and operating systems.
- Patch network drops whitelist and domain join production systems and accessories.
- Manage and provide mobile phones and subscriptions for users as well as supporting the local mobile services and solutions.
- Manage printers and conference room equipment.
- User onboarding offboarding and user management.
- Collaborate with colleagues locally and internationally including teams in Europe India and the USA.
- Contribute to local and global IT projects ensuring highquality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Deep knowledge of setting up debugging and recovering client hardware.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software suites (O365 SCCM etc..
Languages Required:Proficiency in both English and Swedish
